• participation in stocktaking the assets elements,
• analysis and opinion on the systems of evidence and internal control of the examined firm.
  
  II stage - fundamental research
  
• examination of correctness of assets and liabilities valuation for the balance day and obtaining the information about the financial result for the turnover year,
• examination the financial reports with the consideration of reality and completness of the cryteria's of the information in them,
• examination of the reports covering the financial cash flow and the additional information,
• verification of the Management reports in comparison to the financial reports and the law requirements,
• opinion on the correctness and reliability of the financial report and preparation of the audit report from the process of examination,
• preparation of a letter to the Management of the examined entity presenting in particular the assassment of its accountancy and internal control system.

Jesiołowscy- Finance (limited liability company) acting in accordans to the principals of the expert auditor, is passing the opinion and the raport from the research to the examined business and presents to the Owners a written note covering all the important observations concerning the examined entity, especially the opinion on the accountancy state of the examined firm.

A.M. Jesiołowscy- Finances Ltd. has been enrolled on the list of entities entitled to examine the financial reports by the number 2556 in accordance with the 348/24/2001 Krajowej Rady Biegłych Rewidentów act from 10th of April 2001.
