In reference to the world-wide harmonization of accountancy principles we also offer bookeeping services according to the International Accounting Standards (IAS) and to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). One of our clients who has been using these sort of services for the 2 years has been Paged Meble ltd. company (This company is a part of Warsaw Stock Exchange listed Paged plc. company). ONE DOOR SERVICE 'One door service' provides our clients not only with bookkeeping services but also with legal and finance advisory, and also with management support. The major benefits for the clients are: lower rates for the consulting support (approximately 70% of standard rates) ,
preparation of business plans, financial analysis, credit applications, applications for EU subsidies, legal documentation projects, legal solutions (incl. tax solutions) - without the need to: - coordinate additional external law, tax and consulting experts from different companies,

as far as standard or minor cases are involved our clients are supplied with "ready to sign" documents and is offered to implement new, better solutions which we develop on our own initiative - our clients can clear their minds from administrating issues and focus on the important decisions concerning the future of their businesses. WORK TIME AND ACTIVITY CONTROL
We have also implemented a book keepers work time and activity control, basing on which: we control the workload for each client (=number of activities x an average time of conducting one activity),we report the average workload to our customers each month,,we calculate precisely the cost of our services basing on standard time and activity normative,we can change the price in accordance to the amount of work needed to meet clients requirements. If the Mount of work decreases then the price is lower. Our rates are flexible and depend on the actual amount of work. We negotiate higher rates no sooner than 3 months after the beginning of an increase of the amount of work. SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF THE WAGE SETTLEMENT AND ZUS
